Keisuke Akabori is a mastermind behind Casa de Kei, a pop up where Japanese comfort food meets California influences in the Bay Area. After many years working as a Chef in the restaurant industry from Los Angeles, Barcelona, San Francisco to Tokyo. Akabori pours all of his creativity and knowledge into his weekly pop ups in the Bay Area.
